A genocidal hycrocrite, his actions come from a false sense of superiority.
As a character, taking away all the locks and sense of superiority he is extremely insecure, as he has had nothing important in his life other than being a breeder.
Yet he has enormous narrative potential if he returns in the second section as a sinner.
