    @LeviKornelsen maybe significant natural disasters?

    Wildfires burning through a major town might shift buildings in the entire culture from wood to stone.

    Earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanoes might be evidence of the judgement of the gods about current culture beyond the physical damage.

    Diseases could change customs and dress.

    @LeviKornelsen maybe mechanics that incentivize story creating action.
    I'm thinking of stuff like a Cortex game that uses values as a die set. If you do stuff that narratively is based on a particular value you get an extra die so players are encouraged to drive their actions based on beliefs which, over time, creates a story about their beliefs and it's evolutions.

    I just thought I'd share this bit someone on one of my discords shared after I mentioned using Situations. You probably could the ego boost.

    "I love Levi K.'s design for getting games out there. I think Infected is unironically one of the best designs for gamemaking ever, with such a tight and efficient use of systems that only needs a little bit of fine-tuning to jump genres."

    @LeviKornelsen I feel like TTRPGing is more of a folk art than something that should be commercialized.
    For me at least paid DMing is a lot like sex work - it obviously fills a need but seems to be missing the point of the activity.
