    Not a Trump supporter but anyone can verify that the president appoints and controls not only the head of the Health and Human Services department, currently Xavier Becerra, but also the head of the CDC, Mandy Cohen who formally worked as the chief operating officer and chief of staff at the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services under the Obama administration. Pretending The Biden Administration didn’t directly influence this big decision in a presidential election year is ignorant.
