Rode the Ohio-to-Erie-Trail self-supported last week and finally back home. Beautiful trail and mostly shaded. Could make 20 posts about the week, but will limit myself to saying if you have a chance, Do It! Officially 326, we did about 350 from at the bridge to at the shore. Art, architecture, history, horses, great people, ice cream riding the hottest week of the year with heat indexes 100+ daily. Worth every drop of sweat.

A picture of a paved trail shaded by trees with patches of sunlight on the trail. The trail is as wide as a road and is centered in the picture from left to right and extends from the center bottom to top. The trees line the right side of the trail and there are some trees to the left behind which is a grassy meadow with the edge of a pond visible. There is a black bicycle with a trailer attached posed in the lower center of the picture with the front wheel closest to the bottom and extending to the trailer away from the photographer. Stenciled on the the trail in the lower side is written "No Horses This Side".
A selfie of four men wearing bike helmets posed on a paved trail. The trail is center photo and extends from lower center to top center. In the background is the Ohio River with the span of the Roebling bridge in Cincinnati between Ohio and Kentucky across the left side of the photo. The upper right is a stand of shade trees.
A photo of three men wearing bicycling gear posed on a hill overlooking Lake Erie in Cleveland Ohio. In the far background the silhouette of the Cleveland skyline is clearly visible. The men are behind a large sculptured lettering of "Cleveland" with touring bicycles loaded with bags and trailers in the foreground. A cloudy gray sky is overhead.
