@Nonilex I want to see this knowing full well it will adversely affect the resale value of my home.

I live in an area where at least 1/2, and probably closer to 80%, of single family homes are purchased by LLCs.

It occurred to me last year that they are almost certainly being used as assets in tax avoidance schemes.

The narrowly voted Tuesday to ban nearly all employment agreements that typically prevent workers from joining competing or launching ones of their own.
The FTC received more than 26,000 public comments in the months leading up to the vote. Chair Lina referenced on Tuesday some of the stories she had heard from workers.
