Back in the UK, tired after some travel. The weather is glorious, so walked into town for a 'Full English' breakfast (except I couldn't possibly manage one, so its a mini brekkie)
Sadly a favorite coffee shop ☕ has closed while away. It was only local place that did a variety of freshly made/ground filter coffees, replete with tasting notes. Milder but once hooked, you won't go back ...

Out for coffee, scruffy everything, no makeup apart from lippy, the wrong side of fifty, and picking up enough estrogel from the local pharmacy to bathe in tonight (okay the last bit might be an exaggeration, but quite a lot)
In town today for some cosmetic laser zappy-zap on spider veins, so no face makeup is allowed. Very much me au naturel at 50-ish and irl (a sunny day ☀️ is nice!)
