2/3 In light of the Commission's findings, it is now up to Meta (and other platforms with the same model) to bring their products in line with the law.

If they want to build an ads-based business, it must not use people's personal data without their freely given consent ✊🏾

3/3 🇳🇴 In other great news, a Norwegian court upheld a fine against the dating app for illegally sharing sensitive personal data with numerous third-party advertisers.

The complaint was lodged by @Forbrukerradet.
