A was quickly dismissed at the start. She was among the 7 already selected, she said she was very worried that despite the fact the court ruled to keep jurors’ name secret, she would still be exposed & targeted.

After decades of seeing climate science denial continue relatively unabated, I don't have confidence that we can affect what these are intent on doing.

I think that our best approach towards reducing the damage they cause would be to spread twice as much positive news on the climate progress that's being made and the benefits from doing it. I certainly don't see how it could cause any harm trying a different approach. I know being cynical is more fun, but does it help?

There is an energy transition happening away from fossil fuels even if it's not obvious to you,

Unless their locations supply 50kW or greater direct current fast charger electric vehicle charging at a ratio of one charging station per gas nozzle, gas stations in Sacramento will not be able to get permits to upgrade their fossil fuel infrastructure anymore if this new proposal passes.

Meanwhile on the east coast, they're finally starting to install EV charging options.
