April 7 is #InternationalBeaverDay - I wish I had a photo of a beaver to show you but it was apparently too busy to have its portrait taken. Instead I have a photo of its latest masterpiece.
My beaver lino block print is hand printed on delicate, translucent, handmade Japanese paper with a deckle edge. This is a North American beaver (Castor canadensis), symbol of Canada.
