Soavi's The Church, aka one of the several Demons 3 (Italian horror movie franchises are bonkers), makes a great double feature w/ Lamberto Bava's Demons or Carpenter's Prince of Darkness 🤘
Now watching The Nun 2 on HBOMax, which I'll probably regret because I hated the first one (even though I love Taissa Farmiga). Idk how they managed to take such a terrifying-looking baddie & render it so uninteresting 😶
Rewatching the fabulous French series Marianne (2019) from Samuel Bodin (Cobweb) on Netflix. It can get a little melodramatic on parts but there were scenes that scared the absolute bejeesus out of me, watching in the dark (it's also surprisingly funny).
Some great underrated ones on here like Splinter, Monsters, The Vigil & The Autopsy of Jane Doe. I also really enjoyed It Lives Inside for an interesting take on Indian-American horror.
