I had the lovely opportunity to talk about my generative art projects at ! Embracing the variety in each and every project is very important to me. That's why producing a new series (for example for my Patreons) can become quite the challenge really quick! So, how do create 50 unique t-shirts when screen printing is not an option? Check out my talk!

is not going to make , ever.

The performance of LLMs is the log of their parameter size. The resource use is proportional to their parameter size.

The human brain is approximately equal to a 60 quintilion parameter model running at 80hz. It consumes the energy of a single lightbulb.

GPT-5 is likely a 1 trillion parameter model, and requires massive energy.

LLMs are amazing, but they're nowhere near approaching AGI.

is in pretty bad odor these days, and with good reason: a once-useful catch-all for describing how to make things easier has become a pit of , grifter hustling, and anodyne advice wreathed in superlatives and transformed into SEO-compliant listicles.

This isn't how tabs were "meant" to be used, of course. It's an example of the kind of "innovation" that comes from users repurposing things in ways their designers didn't necessarily anticipate or intend.

This is what @Zittrain meant by "" technology back in 2008, when he published his incredibly prescient The Future of the Internet: And How To Stop It:
