The history of MSM complicity is also the history of the #DemocraticParty capitulation to the #FarEight#Neoliberal ideology of #MiltonFriedman, et al. In this way the DEMs joined the push that turned media over to #CorporateOligarchy. Gone were controls on concentrated ownership. Gone was the "FairnessDoctrine". Gone was meaningful public financial support of PBS and NPR.
