@wdlindsy That means they are incapacitated ? So they can’t vote, can not express their will, can not carry any responsability?
Wow, did he ever met somebody who is in a nursing home? He could learn something.
A few years ago there was a Leader who took things one step further ……

@ericschutte Yes, ominous shades of an era when people were considered dispensable because they were old, infirm, of the wrong nationality, mentally or developmentally challenged, and so on.
