Arizona's top court revived a dating to 1864 on Tues that bans in virtually all instances, another setback for in a state where the procedure already was barred starting at 15 wks of pregnancy.

@rahmstorf You can see the effect of the 2015 climate accord. Clearly some major polluters saw the writing on the wall and went hell for leather. The final figures look exponential like we passed one of more tipping points.
