In his latest piece, @GossiTheDog dives deep into the security implications of Microsoft's Copilot+ Recall. 🔍📝

Key takeaways:

🔴 Recall constantly takes screenshots of your PC
🔴 Everything you've seen is stored in a plain text database 📁
🔴 Hackers can easily exfiltrate this data in seconds 👨‍💻💨
🔴 Auto-deleting messages stay in Recall indefinitely ♾️

"Recall enables threat actors to automate scraping everything you've ever looked at within seconds." 😱

"This is the dumbest cybersecurity move in a decade." - @gossithedog 🤦

Do me a favor folks: would you spread this around? I'd love for residents to see it for sure.

Throwing some tags on here: seriously, folks, this company is absolutely utterly uninterested in user privacy and security. They have had breaches in the past. Calling all fans, can you please ask the if they have confidence that will protect user data? (see above post for details)
