tor_haxson , 3 months ago @dave_heumann @tea I think that contact with metal is an important part of my tea experience. Whether that means putting a spoon in the cup when I make bagged tea, or the presence of the steel mesh strainer when I make loose leaf. Superstition? Perhaps Tinfoil hat thinking? Perhaps. But I am always wondering why one cup can be perfect, and the next day the perfection doesn't happen. Searching for that x factor.
