Hmm, in my opinion, besides turning a blind eye to genocide, he's been much better than I expected. Keep in mind that he only has so much power when he only had control of the House for two years and never had a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate. A lot of the executive branch policies he has pushed through have been more progressive than I expected from him.
