They'll never do it. They can't actually do anything about immigration reform, if they do they won't have it to rile the base the next election a Dem is in charge. Republicans only ever seem to have an issue with immigration leading into elections with incumbent Democrats.

When the majority of the people are old and retired, but there isn't enough young people to support them.

Like, it's more concerning Biden said he'd do it "day 1", but every fucking Republican is actually going to do it day 1.
The only reason I can think of Dems wanting this is so they can say "vote D or Republicans will do this terrible thing we let them do"
