@AndrewR1234 there is in fact, since 1948 an ethnic cleansing for sure, which started with 750,000 Palestinians expeld in 1948 and thousands killed (estimated 15,000). Thousands more since then under an apartheid regime, so genocide is the unavoidable conclusion. 30,000 people don’t simply get killed because it was necessary. All the evidence is showing it was deliberate over reaction to a failure of Israeli intelligence. Not to mention that as an occupying power its response is also restricted by international laws of war.
