As usual, I am late to most things, incl this (I knew one of the the farcical examples of antisemitism before, but not both).
The genocidal entity in collaboration with this self proclaimed "expert" on antisemitism — International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) — has included these in the examples of antisemitism.
Claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor.
Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.
Both of which are reasonable conclusions a rational person would come to after thinking about the actions of this genocidal, racist, settler colonial, apartheid entity for a while — if one is not bullied by bad-faith actors claiming fake victimhood for holding above 2 totally legitimate views.
They took antisemitism definitions & added gas-lighting material to it to protect the apartheid state so everyone is thoroughly neutralised against saying anything negative beyond milquetoast critiques of this **** entity.
This is a good strategy for a criminal to immune themselves from all liability & pass on the burden onto those who call them out. Instead of waiting for the accuser to accuse you, why not write rules (so called "laws" or conventions) such that if you accuse them, they can bully you being a bad person (or) lock you up for the "crime" of having a brain & computing 1 + 1 = 2.
All States needs is a figleaf to justify its criminality & domination, which is why it writes laws against theft (which generally people agree with) while all the foundation of modern society is built on organised thievery i.e Capitalism thru "laws". So, take whats legitimate & mixin dogshit into it that only serves the ruling class to crackdown & suppress has always been the strategy every hierarchical systems have followed, State/Capital/Religion/…
When bad faith actors are allowed to weaponize legitimate suffering, what you get is the laws/conventions where you can be preemptively accused as a wrong doer by the actual criminal, so you now have to worry about proving you are not wrongdoer, rather that forcing actual criminal onto backfoot.
