@JustCodeCulture@histodons@management I'm curious to read that. Cortada isn't an impartial observer of IBM. IBM was infamous for monopolistic and coercive business practices. Curious to see if Cortada tackles the impact of that kind of deeply unethical behaviour on corporate culture. As @adventofcomputing says, the courts proved over and over again that "IBM's means weren't illegal, but their ends were".
