That doesn't look good. When I look like that in Lunar Lander, my lander has usually had a RUD

@chgowiz Hope I'm wrong, but that looked like a very rapid descent after the 5m hover and telemetry of below 0 ground level seems ominous. I really hoped Japan could land this one.
