That's what people said when there was 135, 000 of them on 'manouvers' near Ukraine. Lavrov categorically stated that "We have no intention of invading Ukraine,' as late as 2 days before they invaded. 200km? They could do that in 2 hours or less, easily. Russia has engineered the situation exactly as they did in Donetsk and Donbass. Their intentions are clear.

Don't underestimate the Foreign Legion. Most of the people who did that are dead. They are, brutal, ruthless fuckers. Little better than animals, but great killing machines. Tried and tested, lots of blood on their hands.

Oil refining is barely limping along in Russia. It was always a weakness, but they don't have the ability to repair and maintain the refineries anymore. No parts, no skilled people.
