Figma: we deeply apologize for our plagiarism machine copying work that you recognize. Please give us time. In the future, we promise to rip off many more designers you haven't heard of. It's not plagiarism if you don't recognize the source!

@sarahdayan not only advocating for utility-first CSS, but for constructive debate: "it doesn't have to be petty or religious"

For the last 4 years, I got to spend most of my time on specs. I had a lead role in cascade layers, container queries, & scope (all shipping) – now responsive type & mixins/functions.

I hope to keep at it, but this is open-source work, and (like many others) my funding was suddenly cut this year. So I’m looking for sponsors.

For now, @OddBird will fund what we can. If you or your company would like to help, you can also support that work through Open Collective: https://opencollective.com/oddbird-open-source#category-ABOUT

You're allowed to post on your blog once every decade, and you don't even need to apologize for it. That's also part of having your own space.

Personal sites aren't a competition, and productivity doesn't have to be a metric.
