@picard as of late I've only been playing OW cause it is such brainless fun - you go in, you shoot and work as a team, someone says some toxic shit to you and you laugh 😃 I've been meaning to play one of them games but that is after I finish both Ghost of Tsushima and Assasin's Creed: Odyssey at some point cause I am behind at all the games ever

I prefer music events, art covers etc cause then you get to either report a fun thing or create something from scratch but ngl an occasional like graduation or baby photo, I would do that for the cash money to upgrade my gear

Like this is puzzling: the older the kid the easier it gets, cause they engage with you and it's fun, but younger kids, idk what to do with that in the slightest. I cannot deal with a kid under the age of like 6. Kids somehow also like me cause the RBF I put on for the adults doesn't seem to freak them out which is sad cause man I am here to be a mad witch and you're seeing a bad bitch

@picard I don't really get it to be honest - I can't talk to kids, for some reason they respect that, and where an adult finds me unapproachable a child doesn't care usually 😂

@picard I tend to be a bit anxious and really Polish in my ways of expression so to the majority of the anglophone culture I am unapproachable (for the best tbf, if I wanna be approached I drop the RBF) 😂 but yeah, kids don’t seem to care which makes it hard for me cause it’s usually an adult that will come fetch them too, plus I genuinely can’t think of what to talk to them about most of the time haha

@picard genuinely! I think because I am Polish, I tend to be more straight-to-the-point, and I also don't do small talk (I learned how to a bit, but idk, it's just not a thing we do in Poland), and also my default is a focused face that is giving scary (maybe it's a bit sexist too cause women are meant to smile all the time), but honestly I don't mind that 😂

@picard anxiety, less so these days, but stems from the times of beginning to speak a 2nd language and a bunch of experiences where someone put words in my mouth. I am pleasant, and enjoy good convos, it's just that the pleasantries, or the lack of these on my end sometimes, or the lack of me loudly and outwardly narrating my joy or excitement throws people haha. I take after my parents xD

@picard oh and I am also a big ambivert, so even tho I enjoy socialising and my friends of a decade or more will tell you we've got memories of many a messy night, I also am really conscious of my social battery. When it goes, it goes, and then I just need to spend a minute by myself doing some of my solo hobbies 😊

@picard 😭 but I have so many things I do already! It looks cool but I also wanna learn how to DJ and make collages and get better at photos and writing and make a short film and I am trying to reconcile all of this. I will never be able to just choose one thing but this also looks so cool 😭

@picard my forever problem is that I get interested in too much and then suffer 😅 I have just signed myself up for a studio photography course just to sharpen that up xD but I sketch when I am bored anyway so it feels like painting would be really Bob Ross calming level. I used to make my own jewellery too and it took so much to not try and do it again xD one day I'll have my own place where all my crafts and arts will live and then I will be allowed to do all of the arts haha

@picard I think what I like about the idea of painting is the same what I like about photography, and filmmaking, and jewellery making, and drawing - away from the screen, you're not sitting still bored all the time, you try ideas until it works, and you can just be super creative with it. Think I need more of it, and you're right, I might as well start

@picard ehhh mostly cause I put this in my head that I was weird for having this many hobbies. Like, no one I know has this problem. People have like chosen 3 ones that they master and I have like ones that don't fit a stereotype. I like lifting weights but I also like putting jewellery together and I like writing but I also take photos and make videos but I also love gaming but I also randomly resuscitated an old phone. Like I don't make sense 😭 and I am also really short on time hahaha

If it wasn’t for wfh today I would have called in sick man. I have a flu, I have been hit by a pain so big I regretted all the time I’ve got left till menopause, and I am just generally not feeling well. Still a clown cause I prioritise this stupid little deadline but at least it’s that bit better 🤡
