I have banned myself from checking ANYTHING out from the library until I finish reading some more of the books I actually own. Let me tell you, sticking with that resolution is difficult 😭

@ergative This is all very true! For me personally, though, I find that if I keep constantly checking books out from the library, I will literally never read the books I own, because there’s no time limit on them and thus they feel less urgent. Also, I’m a voracious speed reader who often checks out 150+ library books per year, so I think I’ll still manage to do my part even with the self-imposed break. 😆
