JUST IN: The Fulton County DA's Office has moved to dismiss the appeal filed by #Trump and some of his co-defendants on Judge McAfee's denial of their motion to disqualify DA #FaniWillis.

The Fulton County DA's Office argues that the appeal should never have been allowed to move forward in the first place b/c there is a "lack of sufficient evidence based on the explicit factual findings of the trial court." #Georgia #legal #TrumpIndictment
