Week 12 is about BibTeX = the main reason I switched from Office to LaTeX. Topic covered were managing large projects, citation, reference, and bibliography styles, as well as the bib file structure.

    Week 6 is my favorite and most hated one. On the one hand side it's , but on the other I have no time to get into the details. Below is the obligatory ggplot2 graphic.

    A slide describing in a few sentences the essence of the R package ggplot2: Created by Hadley Wickham. Design and construct graphics in a structured manner from data upwards. “A layer is a collection of geometric elements and statistical transformations” (Wickham et al. n.d.). On the right there is an image of how a ggplot() object is created (from the bottom up: data, aesthetics, geometries, facets, statistics, coordinates, themes). Each layer has its own color and small image.
