@BeAware @thechrisd for the overseer quest, if I remember correctly, you need to listen to the tape you find in the office in vault 76 and the one in the overseer camp near Flatwoods. They give you hints on where to find the next tape. Then keep following the hints. There should be 16 IIRC.
Also look out for dead women with a black/green dress. They start one of the best quest lines of the game IMHO.

@BeAware @classiccaleb many of the rewards (mostly the cosmetics ones) are tied to the account, not the character, so unlocking them on a private world would unlock them everywhere.
