@GottaLaff I have a few questions :

  • Are there process against judges that do not do their job correctly, to remove them from a case, or even from office ? (In the wide sense, e.g. what if the judge is shown to not be independent, to be corrupt, or be a criminal).
  • Is forward progress of the judicial process guaranteed or is there a way for a judge to stall a process endlessly ?
  • Upon appeal, will the appeal court be stuck with all the nonsense awarded by Cannon ?

@GottaLaff We are dealing with lawful evil Judge, who exploits the rule to delay the proceeding, but doesn't do anything outrageous enough, is it ?

The 11th circuit is the juridiction where to file the recusal ? (And also the one where appeal would go eventually ?)
