Why do browsers keep changing, like @brave adding without any option to disable (you can disable it autocompleting). 😵‍💫

If I change to , how soon until I have a similar problem (nobody needs suggest Google, thanks, and I have had enough problems with Firefox changing settings on me before too)?
@jon maybe?

@AdminKirsty @brave @jon

Browsers keep changing because of the AI fad that monetizes surveillance capitalism & anti-democracy movements.

The wealthy are funding anti-democracy movements.

Saudi prince Mohammed bin Salman is flooding tech companies with investments for AI.

members like Larry Ellison, Elon Musk, & Peter Thiel fund tech companies to erode democracy.

Most recently I created a small UI-mod for @Vivaldi that simulates floating tabs like they are used in Firefox/Brave.
That mod also has:

  • highlighting of inactive tabs, that play background audio
  • a png of the flat Vivaldi logo put into the macOS sonoma shape, so it looks beautiful on macOS
  • a small tutorial on how to enable it

Give it a try from here:

I really hope, you like it.
