Etiquette proposal: if you invite someone from another to a teleconference, the onus is on you to present all times in their local timezone, rather than your own - that is, the person asking should bear the labor of timezone conversions, not the person being asked.

Agree. Also very good to give times in UTC. This saves us in a never-daylight savings time zone from 2 weeks twice per year confusion when less enlightened jurisdictions fiddle with themselves & their clocks. So many times I've been told "that's 11am your time" and have had to say, "no, you're so wrong it's 12 (or 10)"
