This comment probably summarizes best this long and detailed report about Israel’s failed influence attempts, which completely misses the point:
"Israel's public diplomacy failure" cannot be fixed with #hasbara and #AI. It can only be fixed by stopping the mass killing of Palestinians, and ending the occupation.
It just might be that at this stage, Israel’s influence operations need to extend to Israelis and Jews around the world, who no longer believe Israel every word after seeing what it’s done in #Gaza so far, the cynical use of #antisemitism and memory of the #holocaust and what now seems more like intensified ethnic cleansing efforts.
“Black lives don't matter”
One particularly disturbing detail about the way in which unofficial Israeli propaganda channels work is the following:
[…] South First Responders, another Telegram group active in English, also published exclusive videos from the Hamas attack. The channel also seems to be the first to publish videos of the execution of Joshua Mollel, a Tanzanian national slayed during the Hamas attack.
[…] Mollel's family was informed, three days prior to the videos portraying his vicious murder, that he had died. They were invited to Israel to see the evidence but in the meantime, videos of his kidnapping and murder appeared "exclusively" on the page and later on Israeli social media accounts, including the Foreign Ministry. They were published with the hashtag "Black lives don't matter" for Hamas. Mollel's father told Haaretz their publication harmed the family.

Israel gave several shifting explanations for the killing al-Dahdouh and Turiya:
Initial IDF statement was that they were killed while accompanying a "terrorist" who was operating a drone that threatened Israeli forces.
Later, an IDF spokesperson statement was that they were using a drone in a war zone which is problematic, but it is unfortunate they were killed.
Even later, the IDF statement changed again, this time claiming that "intelligence" shows the two were active members of #Hamas and Palestinian #IslamicJihad, who had just operated drones threatening Israeli forces before being targeted.
This tortured interview with #Hasbara operative Eylon Levy leaves no room for doubt. Israel is lying and has been lying to international media about almost everything they agree to comment on in respect to the arbitrary killing of Gazans.

'Francesca Albanese, the UN special rapporteur for the occupied Palestinian territories, warned that suspending UNRWA funding “overtly defies” an order issued Friday by the International Court of Justice to allow more aid into Gaza.'
What this means is, as I understand it, basically that Israel continues the #GazaGenocide and that the USA, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, Australia and Finland are fomenting, and thus complicit in, that genocide.
'The UNRWA is the largest humanitarian actor in Gaza and some 3,000 of its core staff out of 13,000 in Gaza continue to report to work despite the war, according to the agency.
UNRWA’s Lazzarini said two million people out of about 2.3 million population in Gaza depend on the agency’s humanitarian operation.
“I am shocked such decisions are taken based on alleged behavior of a few individuals and as the war continues, needs are deepening & famine looms,” the UNRWA chief posted on X.
“Palestinians in Gaza did not need this additional collective punishment. This stains all of us.”
The UN official added that the agency runs shelters for over one million people and provides food and primary healthcare even at the height of the hostilities.
Meanwhile, UN chief Antonio Guterres said that the tens of thousands of people who work for the UNRWA, many in some of the most dangerous situations, should not be penalised because of the recent allegations.
“The dire needs of the desperate populations they serve must be met,” he said.'
