The vastness of space is rendered in dark textured blue, with a shimmering holographic quarter-disk representing the sun in the top right corner. A thick black outline separates the two. Blues and warmer colors form layers of cloud and ocean. A starburst-like texture covers the top right quarter of the piece and radiates out towards the lower left, where dusty rose ink was accidentally spilled across the piece, then covered by other inks and paints. A thick black outline borders the piece, with a shallow black arc cutting across it horizontally and serving as the atmospheric horizon.

    The unique texture and starburst is a testament to the permanence of Ferris Wheel Press professional calligraphy ink—I spilled most of a bottle of Sweetbriar Rose across this painting while in progress, hence the title. 😂😭 (no really I cried. Then I mopped it up, let it dry, and changed my approach.)
