What if Wilhoit’s definition of conservatism applies to international law?
“There are in-countries that international law protects, but does not bind, alongside out-countries that international law binds, but does not protect.”
If that were the case, in-countries would absolutely only apply international law when convenient for them.
y'all know +972 Magazine? the media organization responsible for some of the most important investigations of the state of Israel in this war, including the Lavender #AI investigation and now the new #ICC blackmail investigation?
it is almost entirely funded by donations of readers like you and me. if you want to see more journalism like this, consider throwing a few bucks their way.

He has yet to address any crimes between 2014 and 2023, notably the crime of #apartheid, the crime of #IllegalSettlements in #OccupiedTerritories..." - #MouinRabbani
"Israeli officials fear potential ICC prosecution over #Gaza actions. The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned top officials of possible arrest warrants, although the ICC has not confirmed issuing any. What would #ICC arrest warrants mean for #Israel's #WarOnGaza – and for #InternationalLaw?"
