The news is nothing new, but a reminder doesn't hurt: Modifiable risk factors such as cigarette smoking and a lack of exercise could be responsible for close to half of all the cancer-related deaths in the U.S., according to a new study that confirms long-held beliefs on health. "These findings show there is a continued need to increase equitable access to preventive health care and awareness about preventive measures," says Ahmedin Jemal, a cancer epidemiologist at the American Cancer Society. @ScienceDesk That goes without saying.

If we really speak of a modifiable risk factors without any capitalist influence, we cannot ignore that animal based food is the riskiest factor of all preventable lifestyle diseases including cancers.

People should also know that fishes like are just as unhealthy for human health as chickens and other meats.
