@CelloMomOnCars Good to see this taking off in the US, finally.

You may already know this, but if not: the UK has required sellers and landlords to provide “energy performance certificates” to potential buyers/renters for well over a decade.

Not sure it makes a huge difference to decision-making, but probably helps at the margins, and highlights some actions people can take.
