For those of you that are getting excited about the Fallout series and have the urge to get back into the wasteland, Fallout 76 is only $10 right now on Steam!
If you've always been hesitant because of the bad reviews in the past, now is a GREAT time to give it a try! New update drops at the end of the month.
It really has come a LONG way to make it a great Fallout game just like all the rest, plus it's multiplayer!
@scops damn. That sucks that other players ruin the immersion, because in my opinion, that's what makes the game so great... though if you wanted to do just the story solo, you could sub to Fallout 1st and do it on a private world.
Most story missions aren't very hard and it's pretty enjoyable as a single player experience but I do recommend getting into the multiplayer at late game. There's usually quite a few people that run the endgame events and seeing everyone in their different painted power armors and using different types of weapons to complete a shared objective is such a cool feeling.
@BeAware i loved the single player fallout a lot. Still other people doesnt act like "real" vault dwellers/wastelanders so they are always destroy the immersion for me. No matter where i see them. I hate MMOs in general because of this. The same with eso for example. A monthly fee for a dedicated instance isn't also suitable for me; i can only play about each week a few hours in general
For those gamers out there that are fans of the Fallout franchise but was always hesitant to try Fallout 76 because of the bad reviews at launch....if it's not yet, it will be FREE to claim sometime this month for Amazon Prime members!
I know a LOT of you have Prime subs. May as well get some free games and give it a try! It's really fun multiplayer shenanigans, but if you'd rather a more story-focused game, there's LOTS of quests, not to mention the new Atlantic City update!!
