This charming little arched window is in Bistrita, Romania. Since the lights are crown glass bullseye, I have a hunch that it’s 17th century.

An arched window with stone frame and 17th century glass, set in a stucco wall painted a tan colour. Affixed to the wall and above the window and to the right is a small, old fashioned glass and metal street lamp with a protruding street sign attached to it.
