Simple pleasures amidst all the grimness in the world.. all of these were just pruned twigs a few weeks ago from our - growing happily now and we will give these out through our and they will eventually become trees 🌳😀

All sticks in the pots are clearly growing new branches, leaves and some have white flowers. These were tree prunings from cherry, plum, pear trees on the community allotment.

    @stuffjolikes That’s good going.

    I found a new owner for a plot neighbour’s small almond tree yesterday. Giving out free plants, shrubs and trees is the best form of recycling.

    @BroadforkForVictory definitely..we do it a lot.. have some 2 year old gooseberry bushes to pot up that started as cuttings.. and these beauties were jostaberry prunings and are doing very well.

    Been a particularly chaotic couple of weeks at work so just spent the afternoon doing some therapeutic on the Potted up lots of wildflowers that had self seeded mostly and also potted up some cuttings that had rooted well. Most will be given away through our but some of the flowers are going to our local museum who are creating a medicinal garden 🌱😀❤️

    Another hexagonal raised bed with a large chive plant with purple flowers and a pale spiky curry plant and several pots with a mix of small foxglove plants and fruit cuttings in them.
