Guess which kind of vehicle CA Legislators have required manufacturers to hard-limit to a top speed of 20 mph - this e-assist quadricycle I ride or the motor vehicle that bent this heavy gauge steel pipe?

Cargo quadricycle parked in front of locked gate of a research vineyard. A very heavy gauge steel pipe taht is bolted onto a housing in the ground is bent at about the height of a large motor vehicle's bumper. It's been bent a while and has since rusted. The rest is painted with light grey paint. The trees and fields are spring green.

    When I went to Davis Food Co-op today, same thing happened that made me ride away without groceries yesterday - a rider parked on the end space which is the only space I (and owners of other cycle frame types than standard upright bike) can lock up.

    I said "Screw it" and parked in an auto spot instead. This also gives the person in the disabled spot more loading room than they'd have if an auto had parked there.

    Cargo quadricycle with flags parked in a non-disabled parking spot that is right next to the disabled space. A bright blue sky with picturesque white puffy clouds sets off the giant yellow post-modern sign spelling "CO-OP Your grocery store since 1972". The landscaping between the parking lot and the store features shrubs in bloom that aren't the usual big box store cookie-cutter landscaping.
