You're probably joking, but in case you're not:

An important part about the vegan philosophy is that you reduce animal suffering as much as is practicable. That means a vegan on a desert island faced with an "eat meat or die" kinda situation is morally justified to eat meat. A much more common situation is that vegans use medicine tested on animals. If their health depends on it and there's no cruelty-free alternatives, it is justified.
