Troop rotation was a criticism of the Ukrainian citizens already. Hopefully the rotations won't sacrifice efficiency, casuality rates, or any of other millions of factors in this war. And I especially hope the high-tech weapon upgrades don't lead to more financial loss on the lines and less stability in funding. Good luck and godspeed Syrskyi.
