[Fédivers] Les germanophones de Lemmy s'organisent pour mieux gérer feddit.de ( matrix.to ) French

Einige Menschen aus dem deutschsprachigen Lemmyteil haben sich in dem verlinkten Matrixraum zusammengefunden, um die Gründung eines Lemmy-Vereines zu planen.
Die Planung des Vereines geht aus der Erfahrung hervor, dass feddit.de den Betrieb aus technischen Gründen^TM^ seit 2 Monaten stark einschränken musste und den Konsequenzen, die wir daraus gezogen haben. Die Server müssen zuverlässig sein, wobei weder ein Gemeinschaft-Migrationstool, noch passives Meckern helfen.
Frei nach dem Motto "Tu wat!" haben wir uns also zusammengefunden, um den Besitz der Server zu demokratisieren und die Server zuverlässiger zu machen, indem wir sie gemeinsam finanzieren und betreuen. Was sich darüber hinaus noch entwickelt, ist noch nicht abzusehen, aber soviel ist schonmal geplant.

Alle, die Lust haben, vorbeizuschauen (und vielleicht sogar mit zu planen), können das gerne tun! :)

Some people from the German-speaking part of Lemmy have come together in the linked matrix room to plan the founding of a Lemmy association. The club's planning is based on the experience that feddit.de has had to severely restrict operations for two months for technical reasons and the consequences we have drawn from this. The servers must be reliable, and neither a community migration tool nor passive complaining will help. True to the motto “Do what!” So we came together to democratize server ownership and make servers more reliable by jointly funding and maintaining them. It is not yet possible to predict what will develop beyond that, but that much is already planned.

Tedomum n'a plus de service Lemmy donc j'ai pas migré dessus, et je suis resté ici sur jlai.lu mais voilà Tedomum est une asso, ya un budget, partage de ressource technique...ya des trucs déjà en place dont une documentation collaborative.

Pour moi, c'est la solution la plus simple : on pourrait faire un partenariat.

On va pas s'emmerder avec la paperasse. Nous on offrirait le service, on est autonome, pas de réunions techniques, ni ticket forge eux l'asso et le support au cas où anansi serait indispo et/ou jlai.lu ko.

Je trouve pas déconnant d'avoir un patenariat technique pour permettre de copier jlai.lu et migrer sur un autre serveur.

Si @anansi disparait, jlai.lu disparait aussi. On a pas trop de nouvelles de Dhawos et Iraldir, je les compte comme absent. Ou bien, avec le partenariat fictif, Tedomum interviendrait et matiendrait le service.

De même pour @tournesol ? Ou bien imaginer une asso fédiverse francophone indépendant ? Des ressources en commun ? Ou partenariat avec d'autres instances lemmy genre feddit.de mais la langue sera une barrière.

C'est à voir avec Anansi s'il a besoin, aux dernières nouvelles je crois qu'on lui coûtait pas trop cher ?
