I was just going to play a few, but...

Heardle Lyrical
Not till the last few words.

USA 1 Hit Wonders Heardle -
This is not a 1HW, as RadiDaddy pointed out. I can think of another, almost equally big hit, but I can't think of the third one right offhand.. This song brings back a specific memory.

Yeah, I should have gotten it sooner.

Heardle 1960s
I like hearing this voice.

Heardle Super 70s
I was thinking recently about how I like this artist.

🟩 2.1s This game is like comfort food.

I'll do a few more, based on what my teammates had to say that was intriguing.

Heardle Love Songs
I would have gotten it anyway, but Skullvalanche’s comment gave it away lol.

Heardle Rock
Same. I knew it from SV's emojis, but that intro is unmistakable.

Heardle USA No. 1s
Took me too long.

GT 10/11. That was fun.

@tc_morekindness @teamheardle I'm only familiar with the one Orleans song- what's the other hit?

@tc_morekindness @teamheardle YouTube music seems to imply that "Dance with Me" is the other hit.

Never heard that song before, though it says over 7.8M views, so I guess someone's listening to it. 😂

Still The One has almost 3x as many views though. Dance With Me feels like a follow up "echo hit". 😅

@skullvalanche
Yeah, I was thinking of 'Dance With Me.' In my memory, it was pretty big too, but not like 'Still the One.' @RadiDaddy, what was the third Top 15 hit for Orleans?

“Love Takes Time” peaked at 11 on the Hot 100 in May 1979.

@RadiDaddy

Hmm... I have the tiniest flicker of recognition. That line "I saw a shooting star go by"... Maybe. Not sure I really recognize it. But "Dance With Me" most definitely.

@tc_morekindness @skullvalanche @teamheardle Founding member John Hall had another band in the 80s (The John Hall Band, actually) that put out some good stuff but I don’t know if they ever charted. “Crazy” and “Love Me Again” got a bit of play on MTV and it seems pretty clear to me that they were written by the same guy who wrote those Orleans hits.
