🍵 Today’s tea is Zhang Ping Shui Xian!
My first thought was rainy, misty mountains. With subsequent tastes I get some more honeysuckle and damp fresh early spring flavors.
I’d forgotten the English nickname “water sprite” and yeah, checks out! Excited for infusion 2 next!
