I did find at least one other owl with the fake eyes in the back of its head. It looks similar to the Pygmy Owl from the other day, but they are frun a different genus.
The Collared Owlet (not a baby owl in this case, just a diminutive name) is the smallest owl in Asia at 15-17cm tall and weighs 50-60g. (6 inches, 2 oz)
