if you want to know the percentage of something (e.g.: 6% of 50) you can swap the numbers around: 6% of 50 = 50% of 6 = 3
that is because it's simply a multiplication, 6% of 50 = 6/100 * 50 = 6 * 50/100 = 50% of 6
