What I'm calling the pedquatrain:
First three lines are written in iambic tetrameter (weak endings? Fine), and have an aba rhyme scheme. The fourth line begins iambic, but the meter and rhyme are quickly abandoned, allowing the poet to pursue whatever might be on their mind.
