Pollen, I guess? I'm afraid I don't know a whole lot about allergens, but hope it can help you to find some countermeasure... Maybe it's time to get the masks out again :-/

Ah, thank you. It’s not Covid, though. It stops with Benadryl, but Benadryl aggravates my asthma.
